About Us

What is a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)? Every VIN has a history. For vehicles built after 1981 it is a 17-digit code that appears on all vehicles. Primarily it is located on the left side dashboard on a metal strip, drivers and passenger doors, trunk lid and quite possibly on other major components. This VIN number on your vehicle is also printed on the vehicle title and registration. Make sure these numbers match during your vehicle inspection.

What is Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) check? It is the quickest and easiest process of checking the vehicle history for potential problems. The vehicle history report on a pre-owned automobile reveals two things: that the vehicle history is CLEAN or that is has POTENTIAL PROBLEMS.

Why should you get a Vehicle History Report? The DMV's information isn't always perfect. With each state recognizing different reporting requirements and title defects, it's not surprising that mistakes are made and defective vehicles fall through the cracks. Purchasing a complete Vehicle History Report can prevent you from selecting a vehicle that has problems.
